Orders
We understand that small businesses and
individuals may not need large quantities of personalized products, and we are
more than happy to accommodate small orders. While all of our items have minimum
order quantities listed online, we can often negotiate smaller orders with our
manufacturers for a fee. Please contact our customer care department should you
require this service.
Return Policy
Except
in the case of manufacturing defects, we are unable to accept returns on
personalized promotional items. Please check your order for defects immediately
upon arrival, as there are absolutely no returns after 15 days from receipt of
order. In the event that you receive defective or damaged merchandise (defects
unrelated to imprint), please contact our customer care department and we will
work diligently to resolve the issue.
In the event that you receive
misprinted or incorrect merchandise, please contact our customer care department
for assistance. Our No Risk Policy ensures your complete satisfaction, and we'll
do everything possible to correct the situation.
Returns on undamaged
blank items require a 10% restocking fee.

Policy in place to ensure your complete satisfaction. We guarantee that your

In the event that your imprint differs from the proof you approved, we will
issue a reprint of your merchandise or refund your money. If your order arrives
damaged or your items are defective in any way, we will promptly send a
corrected order free of charge. You can shop with The Southern Touch knowing
that your order is important to us, and that we promise to do what it takes to
make sure you're pleased with your promotional products
purchase!
Please note: In order to issue a refund or
reprint, we may need to arrange for a pickup of your damaged or defective order.

Over/Under
Runs
Due to the nature of the printing methods used to
produce your personalized products, some items may have slight over or under
runs. Southerntouchofcharlotte.com makes every effort to minimize this
occurrence. Industry standard is ± 5% in most cases. You will only be charged
for the actual quantity shipped. Please contact us if you have any questions
regarding your specific order.
Shipping
Information
All orders are shipped via insured standard
delivery (unless otherwise specified) using the carrier of our choice. We make
every effort possible to ship your order by the most economical method available
to meet your due date. Rest assured that we do not add inflated handling fees
like some of our competitors. Orders of excessive size or weight may be shipped
via common carrier (freight line); you will be notified if this is necessary.
All orders are shipped direct to you from the manufacturer. We guarantee
that your merchandise will ship from the factory on or before the date specified
in your Order Confirmation or desired due date. We typically provide tracking
information within 24 hours of shipment. Southerntouchofcharlotte.com is not
responsible for shipping delays or loss of goods caused by the carrier, customs
departments, or any other outside influence. All merchandise becomes the
property of the purchaser at the time of shipment.
We ship from various
manufacturing facilities throughout the United States. If your order contains
multiple items, these items may arrive in separate shipments. If you have
further questions or concerns regarding shipping, please don't hesitate to
contact customer care for assistance. Please be advised that we are unable to
ship large orders to PO or APO boxes at this time. For international orders,
please contact a customer care agent.
